Olivia Grant plays Alice in Mr Nice

She’s just finished filming Mr Nice, a biopic starring Rhys Ifans as the drug-smuggler-turned-author Howard Marks, alongside Chloë Sevigny.
Olivia plays Alice, one of Marks’s coterie at Balliol College, a role which involved attending debauched parties.
‘It was really fun,’ she says. ‘The director was very keen on making it look real, so he’d make most of the crew leave and encourage us to go for it. Towards the end of the day, he’d get much wilder footage than at the beginning – lots of naked women…’
